We commit to a date, and we build to it.

We agree a scope, a price, and a launch date at the start — and then we organize everything around meeting it. This page is the whole method: how we plan the date, what we ask of you, and what happens if something moves. All of it, in the open.

The process

Discovery
One week · $400
We learn your business, your customers, and exactly what the site has to do. You leave with three things: a written scope, a fixed price, and a launch date.
Discovery is paid because it's real work, not a sales call — and the fee comes off your project if you go ahead. If you don't, the scope document is yours to keep, or to take to someone else. We quote a date only after we understand what we're building, because that's the only kind of date worth committing to.

Build
The bulk of the timeline
We build the site. You watch it happen on a private link, from day one — not a reveal at the end when it's too late to change course.
You'll see real pages as they're made. If something's drifting from what you pictured, you'll know in week one, not at launch.

Review
5 business days
You have the finished site for 5 business days. Go through it properly. Tell us what's wrong.
This is the round for fixes — things that don't match the agreed scope. New ideas are welcome too; those become a written change order with their own date, so the original date stays honest.

Launch
On the date
The site goes live on the date we agreed at the end of discovery.
If you've given us access to your domain, we handle the switch the same day. That's the whole promise, kept.

The terms

A date only works if we both keep it.

Most contracts keep the delay terms in the fine print. We put ours here, in plain sight, because a commitment you can read up front is the only kind that means anything. Here's exactly what each of us is responsible for.

If your side slips

We hold your slot for 3 business days. After that we have to move the team to another project, and your new date depends on when we can get them back. Either way, we tell you the same day it happens — not at the deadline.

If you change the scope

Any change becomes a written change order with a new date, agreed before we start it. Nothing changes the timeline without you signing off on the new one first.

If we're late anyway

You take 5% off your fee for every business day we're late, up to 25%. It's written into your contract before you sign — not a promise we make and hope you forget.

That's the whole list. Technical complexity isn't on it, because solving that is our job — it's what you're paying for. We can't promise the world never intervenes; people get sick, life happens. What we promise is this: everything within our control, we treat as our responsibility, and we don't commit to a date we don't believe we can meet.

We build it right the first time.

Every site still includes 30 days of defect cover. If something we built is broken, we fix it — free. Standing behind our own work in writing, not in conversation, is what an engineering firm does. It's not extra; it's the baseline.

Pricing

You'll know your exact number in a week.

Projects start at $2,500. We don't publish a single price beyond that floor, because an honest number needs a real scope — and you'll have both at the end of discovery. We'd rather quote you accurately in a week than quickly today.
